At Antram Solutions, we strive to offer high-quality services that meet the expectations of our clients. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with the services provided, our Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted.

This Refund Policy applies to all the services offered by Antram Solutions, including but not limited to:

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Service Non-Delivery: If a service has been paid for but not delivered within the agreed time frame, you are entitled to request a refund.
  • Service Cancellation by Us: If we are unable to fulfil the service due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues, a full refund will be issued.
  • Inaccurate or Incomplete Service: If the service provided does not match the description or scope agreed upon prior to payment, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: Once a consultation or service has been rendered, refunds are not available for clients who have changed their mind after the session or service is completed.
  • Satisfaction Guarantee: While we aim to provide valuable insights and quality services, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from astrological readings, tarot card readings, Vastu consultations, or artistic projects. These services are subjective in nature, and refunds based on personal dissatisfaction will not be provided.
  • Late or Missed Appointments: Refunds will not be granted for missed or late appointments. Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.

Cancellation Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellations: If you need to cancel a service, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. In such cases, you may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling of the service at no additional cost.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will not be eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled for a future date depending on availability.

Refund Process

  • Requesting a Refund: If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us with your full name, the service booked, and the reason for the refund request. Requests must be made within 7 days of the service date.
  • Processing Time: Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of our decision within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.

Exceptions

Certain custom services, such as personalized artwork, astrological reports, or design plans, may not be eligible for a refund due to the time and effort involved in their creation. In these cases, we may offer revisions or adjustments as needed.
